Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through our online store are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Customers are charged at the time of checkout, and all payment data is encrypted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

• U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $5.00 USD

• Canada Shipping: Flat rate of $14.99 USD, or free shipping on orders over $100 USD

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier delays.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us at division4athlete@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales tax will be collected on Virginia orders in accordance with state law.
