Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Division 4 Athlete. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final, but you may request a return or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, email us at division4athlete@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once we review your request, we’ll confirm next steps and provide a return authorization if applicable. Do not ship anything back without our confirmation.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (via Stripe). Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from https://division4athlete.com.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must contact us before shipping any item back.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions or are sent without authorization.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., headwear once worn)

Shipping Your Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
If a prepaid label is not provided, you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit without proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received and approved.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
